Black Book

The Black Book project is a benchmarking project for users of Patron Edge and Enta box office systems designed to help organisations maximise the potential of their box office systems. The project provides organisations with insight into how their customers are engaging with their venues and includes bespoke marketing training, supported by a step-by-step instruction manual specific to the box office system, networking meetings, an online forum and the production of a benchmarking report comparing and contrasting key audience indicators.
