The Agency’s ongoing programme of training aims to equip organisations with the skills and knowledge to enable staff to do their job most effectively.
We offer training to suit a wide range of people within organisations, from senior managers to front line staff. From the Bite Size series of short informal sessions to day long workshops, there’s something to suit everyone’s schedule.
Training sessions are a great opportunity to network with other organisations, benefit from peer support and exchange ideas. Presentations delivered by some of the trainers can be downloaded from our library section.
Audience development calls for a holistic approach across the organisation and this year’s programme is suitably diverse, ranging from Market Research to Front of House Management. We’ve selected events in direct response to your feedback and we hope you’ll find many events of interest.
This year we’re delighted to continue our successful partnership with the Arts Marketing Association, with a master class delivered by Andrew McIntyre in March. We’re also very pleased to have joined forces with the Northern Ireland Theatre Association to bring two ITC courses to Northern Ireland.
