E-Marketing

Using our in-house e-marketing software, MyEmma, Audiences NI has an excellent resource that can handle members’ e-marketing needs. We can set you up with your own account so you can:

  • Set-up templates in MyEmma to match the look and feel of your website.

  • Import and set-up your email distribution lists according to your own requirements.

  • add the sign-up form to your website.

  • Create or manage content for the newsletter / email communication.

  • Distribute the newsletter / email communication on your timescale.

  • Maintain the mailing lists (take care of bounces; add new distribution lists per your requirements, etc.).

  • Monitor and distribute the reports.

In addition to developing your own e-marketing, we can also help with promoting your events to specific target markets using our own databases.

This includes:

Promotion of classical arts (classical music, opera, ballet) events through www.classicalartsni.com with a monthly e-newsletter to promote forthcoming shows and competitions.

Access to the ‘In The Loop’ e-mail list – an online database of hard of hearing audiences in Northern Ireland who have requested information about signed performances and other special events for deaf and hard of hearing people.
