New MA in Arts Management at QUB

Queen's is introducing a new MA in Arts Management and will take advantage of the strong existing links between existing Queens courses and Belfast's wider cultural environment.

An element of distinctiveness lies in the ability of Queen´s to provide students with in-house practical placements at the Festival at Queen´s, the Queen´s Film Theatre and the Naughton Gallery. It is envisioned that this programme will capitalise on Northern Ireland´s burgeoning arts infrastructure where 2011-12 will see the opening of the MAC, the new Lyric Theatre and Titanic Belfast alongside the Cultural Olympiad, providing a fertile learning environment for the cultural leaders of the future. The MA is designed for graduates and early-career arts managers and is planned for introduction this September.
