Katy Raines held a Customer Relationship Management Training session at NICVA on 21st September.
The session focussed on case studies at the Ulster Orchestra and the Lowry, both of which Katy has been a key contact for and highlighted the need for segmentation and a data based understanding of a venue's audience in relation to marketing and saving costs.
This was a highly informative training day which provided practical solutions to cost effective marketing and understanding your core business.
