CHIEF EXECUTIVE: Steven Hadley
Steven joined the Agency in 2004 as Audience Development Manager, and was appointed CEO in June 2007. He is a Board Member of the Arts Marketing Association, a Director of Network, a Board Member and Treasurer of Moving on Music and a member of the Audience Data UK Steering Group. He has over 10 years experience in arts marketing roles covering Press, Box Office and Marketing and has worked in venues ranging from a regional arts centre to a classical concert hall alongside freelance work with a South Asian Arts development agency and a classical artists management company.

AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Alice Jackson
Alice joined the Agency in 2005 as Marketing Officer and is currently the Audience Development Manager. She manages a diverse range of projects including the Family Forum, Training and the Agency’s On-Line Marketing Support for members. Alice is the member representative for the Arts Marketing Association in Northern Ireland and is happy to advise on AMA membership. She is also the first point of contact for any organisation who would like to find out more about becoming a member of Audiences NI.

RESEARCH OFFICER: Chris Palmer
Chris has been with the Agency since 2004 and is responsible for Research. He also assists in the development of audience surveys for members and is responsible for the agency’s e-marketing including sending out members' e-cards and the Classical Arts Listings. He also is responsible for the compilation and distribution of the Agency’s newsletters.

Craig has also been with the Agency since 2004 and is responsible for the design, maintenance and upkeep of the Agency’s communication resources, including Websites, Guide to Services and other print media, E-communications and new media.

FINANCE OFFICER: Victoria Morrow
Vikkie joined the Agency in 2006 and is often the first person you will speak to if you call the agency’s main telephone number. As well as dealing with general enquiries and undertaking administration duties, she is responsible for keeping all the agency’s financial processes in order and up-to-date and preparing budget reports for officers and the CEO.
