CHIEF EXECUTIVE: Steven Hadley
Steven joined the Agency in 2004 as Audience Development Manager, and was appointed CEO in June 2007. He is a Board Member of the Arts Marketing Association, a Director of Network, a Board Member and Treasurer of Moving on Music and a member of the Audience Data UK Steering Group. He has over 10 years experience in arts marketing roles covering Press, Box Office and Marketing and has worked in venues ranging from a regional arts centre to a classical concert hall alongside freelance work with a South Asian Arts development agency and a classical artists management company.

AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Alice Lewis
Alice joined the Agency in 2005 as Marketing Officer and was appointed Audience Development Manager in 2007. Alice has over ten years experience of working with arts organisations, including the Philharmonia Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra and Young at Art. In her role with Audiences NI, Alice leads on large scale audience development projects like Test Drive the Arts NI, and manages the agency’s marketing & communications, service portfolio and training & events programme. Alice is the member representative for the Arts Marketing Association in Northern Ireland and is on the Board of Cathedral Quarter Arts Festival.

RESEARCH OFFICER: Chris Palmer
Chris has been with the Agency since 2004 and is responsible for audience profiling and research. This involves designing and delivering research projects on behalf of members, analysing box office data and producing a range of reports on arts attendance generally across Northern Ireland, which includes publishing Audience’s NI’s two annual publications, The Audience Audit and The Audience Tracker. Chris also runs the Black Book benchmarking project for users of the Patron Edge and Enta box office systems. .

MARKETING OFFICER: Sara Gunn
Sara joined the Agency in 2009 and assists with member account management, marketing and communications, project and event management and ensuring the delivery of quality services to members. Sara is also responsible for the agency's e-marketing including sending out member's e-cards and the Classical Arts Listings, as well as the compilation and distribution of the agency's newsletters.

PROJECTS OFFICER: Miriam Crozier
Miriam joined the Agency in 2009 as Projects Officer. She has responsibility for the development of three projects: the Classical Arts Forum, the Family Arts Forum and the West of the Bann audience development initiative. She is also working on the Test Drive the Arts NI project, liaising with the participating venues and overseeing the Test Drive website.

FINANCE OFFICER: Victoria Taggart
Vikkie joined the Agency in 2006 and is often the first person you will speak to if you call the agency’s main telephone number. As well as dealing with general enquiries and undertaking administration duties, she is responsible for keeping all the agency’s financial processes in order and up-to-date and preparing budget reports for officers and the CEO.
